Pedidos en MapiexThe only ones who can define the warranty conditions of the parts are either the fabricant or the repair shop. The warranty varies depending on the fabricant, do to the fact that Mapiex sales hundreds of different brands all the warranty claims are treated one by one in a special way depending on the case.

In all the cases, the approval or disapproval of a warranty claim depends on the inspection that the fabricant or repair shop does to the affected part and its confirmation that the part in fact had a fabrication or reparation defect also the part is checked to confirm if its warranty is valid by days calendar or flying hours, either the case might be.

Warranty claims are not accepted without the original document (8130-3, yellow tag, warranty certificate, etc.) The forms for the claims should be completed with details such as (type of aircraft, serial number, time when the part was installed and removed, etc.)

In every claim cases Mapiex will not refund or make credit to the customer until the credits are received from the provider.

In the cases that Mapiex accept to provide the customer with a serviceable part during the warranty claim process, the part will be invoiced to the customer including the core value until the warranty is accepted by the provider.

Do to de fact that all the warranty condition are known, exclude claims for subsequent damages, in the cases that the parts failure because a negligence on installation, operation or any defect on the aircraft where it was installed, the costs of shipping and inspection of the part will be charge to the customer, Mapiex is not responsible of the expenses of the part installation or removal.

Do to the fact that 99% of the claims in fuel parts, are a result of incorrect procedures in the installation, Mapiex will accept this parts with possible warranty only if the mechanic submit a report describing the procedures follow to install the part.

Those parts where the core can be exchange is the part not serviceable or due that can be repaired to a condition serviceable and the main components must be in the condition allowed by the fabricant.
